The Rutherford comes in a few different designs. It is a raised ranch style home with a large bonus room primary suite with approximately 2020 square feet of living space. This bonus room allows many options for the interior layout, whether you choose to have 3 or 4 bedrooms or want a main floor laundry room the Rutherford may be the best suit for you.
